This Privacy Policy explains how Moonray Ventures, LLC ("ShopLead," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you access or use the ShopLead platform and associated services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information You Provide

• Account information — name, email address, company name, and password when you register.
• Billing information — payment card details and billing address, processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Business data — orders, products, SKUs, production tasks, builder assignments, customer records, and other operational data you enter into the Service.
• Communications — messages you send to us for support or feedback.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, features used, actions taken, timestamps, and session duration.
• Device and log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and error logs.
• Cookies and similar technologies — session cookies for authentication; analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You may disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not function correctly.

Information from Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (e.g., Shopify, QuickBooks, WooCommerce, Gmail), we receive data from those platforms as authorized by you, including orders, invoices, customer records, and product listings. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party's own privacy policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• Process transactions and send related communications (receipts, invoices, renewal reminders);
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
• Send product updates, security alerts, and administrative messages;

3. Anonymized Data — Commercial and Research Use

We may anonymize and de-identify your business data — removing or irreversibly obscuring all information that could identify you, your business, or your customers — and use such anonymized data for any purpose, including but not limited to:

• Training, improving, and developing artificial intelligence and machine learning models;
• Generating industry benchmarks, trend reports, and aggregated analytics;

• Commercial product development and licensing;
• Sharing or licensing anonymized datasets with third-party partners, researchers, or commercial entities.

Anonymized data will not identify you or your business. ShopLead will not reverse or attempt to re-identify anonymized data and will take reasonable steps to ensure third parties who receive it are bound by the same obligation.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personally identifiable information. We may share your information:

• Service providers — with vendors who help us operate the Service (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics), under contractual obligations to protect your data;
• Third-party integrations — with platforms you explicitly connect to the Service, to the extent necessary to enable the integration;
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, in which case your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity;
• Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ShopLead, our users, or the public;

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. Anonymized data derived from your data may be retained indefinitely.

6. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews — to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information;

9. International Data Transfers

ShopLead is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
